SDHC works differently than the standard SD card, this format (SDHC) is not backwards compatible with legacy SD format devices.SDHC cards can only work with SDHC compatible devices.

To ensure compatibility, look for the SDHC logo on the packaging. Please check with your device manufacturer for their current/future supported SDHC devices.

It depends. Some devices will be able to recognize the cards that were available when they were manufactured. For example, it is possible that if a device was made when 64MB was the largest card available, it may not recognize a 128MB card. If larger cards don't work, check with the manufacturer of the device to see if there are any firmware updates that will allow you to utilize these cards. If there aren't, you will be limited to whatever the largest capacity card is that the device recognizes.

The endcaps are completely different sizes. The smaller end, referred to as the HDMI “Mini” connector, connects to the camera (or source) and the larger end, referred to as the HDMI connector, connects to the HDTV.

The end caps are clearly labeled to indicate which end connects to the source device and which end connects to your HDTV. The end that connects to the source device (Blu-ray player, DVD player, PC, etc.) is labeled HDMI and the end that connects to the TV/monitor is labeled with a TV icon.

ESD stands for Electrostatic Discharge. Static electricity is the energy found in the air surrounding us and can damage electronic components in computers hard disk drive, floppy disk drive, memory modules, motherboards etc. To protect memory modules from being damaged by ESD, always keep an electronic component in its anti-static package until you are ready to install it. For an added measure of protection, use an anti-static wrist strap, which can be found almost in every electronic retail store.

Verify that you have the correct memory module for your system.
The new memory module(s) may not be compatible with your system. The newer memory modules are being manufactured with high density IC’s (little black chips). They now come with 8 (on one side), 4 (on each side) or 8 (on each side). The design inside of the IC’s on the Memory Modules may be too complex for your system to read and it may not work in your system.
Make sure that the memory is seated properly in the computer socket with both clips locking on their own.
Verify that the addition of the module does not exceed the memory capacity of your computer.
Test each module in the system to see which is defective by performing the following procedure for each memory module:
A: Shut down your system
B: Remove all the memory modules from your system.
C: Insert one memory module at a time and boot the system up to ensure its compatibility
D: After each module is successfully tested insert all modules into the system and boot up.
NOTE: Place the highest memory module closest to the processor and work down.
If you have identified a defective module, return the memory module to the retailer (vendor) where you purchased it for an exchange. If the exchange date has expired, then contact PNY to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

If you are using a powered hub, there should be no problem. Each port in a powered hub has full power to draw from.

If you are using an unpowered hub it will depend on how many other devices are attached to the hub. An unpowered hub only has the one ports worth of power available to it. Devices plugged into an unpowered hub share the power and therefore may not function properly if at all.

For optimal performance plug your Attaché either directly into the computers USB port or use a powered hub.

Check USB Controller option in BIOS, make sure it is “Enable”.
If you are on a Network you'll need to change the drive letter.

Here are the steps to reassigning the drive letter in Win98 and in WinME.
1. Please note that the device must be connected to the system.
2. Go to you’re my Computer Icon - right click on it - select properties - the Device manager - then click on the “+” sign next to Disk Drives.
3. Under this heading look for the device that references the Attaché (Removable Disk) that you have installed.
4. You will need to double click on the one you wish to assign the drive letter for.
5. Click on the settings Tab - At the bottom you will see the Drive Letter Assignment - Underneath this you will see the reserved drive letter that should be blank. Here you will make the change and assign the letter that you would like the drive to be.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT BOTH THE START AND THE END DRIVERS ARE THE SAME HERE.
6. Click OK and then you will be asked to reboot the PC.
7. NOTE: Changing drive letter or your Hard Drive (C) may affect the operation of some of your software – this is not the one that you want to change. If you do this it may be necessary to reinstall the software for the programs that no longer respond – please use caution when changing drive letters.

Here are the steps to reassigning the drive letter in Win2000 and in WinXP.
1. Right click My Computer and select Manage.
2. After the Computer Management console has opened select the Disk Management folder in the left window.
3. On the right side in the bottom section, right click the drive that corresponds to the Attaché and select Change Drive Letter and Path to a known NON-Network Drive letter.
4. Click OK until you are back to the Desktop

Because of a limitation in Windows XP you are only able to enable 2 monitors. If you upgrade the operating system to Windows Vista, 7, 8 you will be able to enable 3 monitors.

Your PNY graphics card temperature will depend greatly on the environment that the card is installed into, case fans, and airflow, however any temperature below 105C or 235F is acceptable for any PNY Graphics card to operate normally.
