How do I connect HDMI Mini to HDMI (C to A) cable?

The endcaps are completely different sizes. The smaller end, referred to as the HDMI “Mini” connector, connects to the camera (or source) and the larger end, referred to as the HDMI connector, connects to the HDTV.
