Question

Why doesn't my computer recognize my Attache when I plug it into the front USB port it ?

Answer

In some systems the front and rear USB ports may be tied together. If that is the case, the system will reconize the device that was first plugged in and using the port.  It may be necessary to disconnect the device plugged into the rear port. Please check the owners manual of your PC.
